Zirconia ceramic ring has excellent properties such as drop resistance, wear resistance, super strength, super hard, high temperature resistance (fire resistance), super corrosion resistance, never rust, oxidation resistance, insulation, and its own lubrication! Even acid rain, nor moisture have any effect on the surface. UV resistance and color stability fully reach the international gray level 4-5. Changes in high temperature will not affect the properties and appearance of the material. The reasonable combination of flexural strength and elasticity makes the ceramic ring have high impact strength. The dense material surface makes it less likely for dust to adhere, making it easier to clean.
Through XY's professional and continuous manufacturing method, the ceramic ring is formed by grade pressing or dry pressing, which can be sintered at high temperature into a ceramic rod blank, and then finished by polishing, chamfering, fine grinding, etc.; the outer diameter of the ceramic ring maximum can be 200mm, the dimensional accuracy can be 0.001mm, and the concentricity can be 0.005mm.
